If you have any shipping questions. If the shipping price seems incorrect, please inform me. I strive to charge exact shipping, but some options on Etsy are currently unavailable due to their recent updates, causing confusion for some buyers.
I ship from Vancouver using a company called Chit Chats. Shipments to the US are handled by USPS, and in Canada, they are managed by Chit Chats or Canada Post. This means there are no import fees for deliveries within Canada or the USA.

Please note that suction cups or hanging hardware are not included. If an item is pictured with a chain, it is included; otherwise, it is not. This is because suction cups may fail over time, and I want to ensure the safety of your pieces. Additionally, chain inclusion is omitted to avoid unnecessary waste. Explore silver or black chain options by searching 'chain' in my shop.

If you find something you like but want to customize it, please contact me. For international buyers, if the shipping cost seems expensive, reach out to me, and I can charge you the actual shipping cost for the item, not just the estimate.
